The Machine and Dip Mold Operator role is responsible to maintain machinery in cycle time, to produce parts within the tolerances allowed and pack quality approved parts for our customers for both injection mold and dip mold machinery. Follow the supervisor’s instructions to ensure a safe working environment.

Machine Operator duties include:

• Ensure that quality parts are produced and properly packaged and labeled
• Perform cavitation checks as required
• Perform functional gauging as Standards & Instructions requires
• Place molded parts onto inspection table, inspect for quality (sort when necessary)
• Assemble, package, box parts and label according to bill of materials
• Place cartons on pallet, label pallet, and move full pallet to staging area
• Work in a safe manner and identity and report potential safety hazards
• Notify supervisor of any issues with manufacturing equipment that may affect cycle time or part quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ability to work overtime as needed based on the needs of the business
• Follow assigned work instruction(s)

• Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to travel from 3123 Station Road location to the 2614 McClelland Ave
