The Retail Customer Service Associate loves to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. They can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when needed. Customer feedback is crucial, and the Retail Customer Service Associate can gather that for our company. Responsibilities of the Retail Customer Service Associate:
  • Receives and Processes customer purchase orders in person
  • Enters orders received through direct interactions with customers
  • Enters electronic, paper, and manual orders online
  • Verifies and confirms customer orders and delivery expectations
  • Quotes prices according to uniform pricing strategy and current market pricing
  • Tracks order exceptions and maintains as needed
  • Sales with Preferred Customers
  • Direct Customer Service with new and current customers

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Delivers timely and accurate information to customers & internal business partners both verbally and in writing
  • Achieves mutual understanding by summarizing & reviewing agreements

  • Recognizes and responds to new/additional opportunities at existing customers
