Job Description:
Works closely with volunteer leaders in recruiting, interviewing, orienting and placing volunteers at Essentia Health. Responsible for working with Essentia Health departments to assess volunteer needs and for scheduling volunteers. Assists with Volunteer and Auxiliary events, including auxiliary businesses, and completes special projects as assigned. Deer River location only: Responsible for managing Gift Shop. Work Experience: 3 years of office experience required.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

East Market: departments 14010 and 14030 ONLY: Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency. 

All the other East Market positions do not have a driver requirement.

Pay Range
$18.09 - $27.14 / hour

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
