Job Description:
Seeking a Resident Assistant to serve at Prairie Pines Community, our assisted living facility located in Fosston, Minnesota. This employee generally works a 12-hour day shift every week, as well as every third weekend. As a flex employee, your hours may be 'flexed' upward or downward without notice, and your willingness to work as a flex employee will qualify you for full-time benefits! As a Resident Assistant, you will assist with selected routine and non technical aspects of nursing care during an assigned shift, under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Will assist with care of the older adult and geriatric population.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Certification as Nursing Assistant preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Pay Range
$15.95 - $23.93 / hour

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
