Description
This position provides leadership and support to patient access staff in designated department(s). Assists manager in maintaining optimal staffing models based on volumes and monitors quality and productivity.
Exhibits and promotes the Essentia Health customer service philosophy to ensure patients and visitors receive exceptional service.
Provides feedback and coaching to staff as necessary and assists with the development of training programs.
