Job Description:
Performs various clinical duties, fills prescriptions, prepares unit dose medications, prepares non-sterile compounds to 795 standards, and aids in inventory management under the supervision of a Pharmacist.
Education Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an ACPE accredited Pharmacy program
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Licensed as a Pharmacist – Intern from MN or WI State Board of Pharmacy within 3 months of hire. License is required to have before performing any functions where a Pharmacist- Intern licensure is required by the board of pharmacy.
