File clerk/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant needed full-time or part-time for small law firm in downtown Sarasota. Previous law office experience preferred, but not required. Duties involve answering phones and filing/circulating/distributing documents and assisting paralegal and accounting administrator. Computer literacy and word processing is necessary. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Applicants must be professional, trainable, literate, numerate, and detail oriented. Entry level pay starting at $15.00 - $16.00 per hour or more commensurate with experience. Health insurance after probationary period.
