Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient interactions with exceptional care and empathy, from initial contact through all touchpoints of their dental journey.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment that reflects our high standards.
Discuss detailed treatment plans with patients, providing clear and compassionate explanations and guidance.
Handle financial transactions, including payments and discussing financing options, ensuring transparency and trust.
Assist in maintaining patient records and office efficiency using our dental software systems.
