• Directly supervises 5 - 45 associates.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus 3 years of experience or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Formal craft training is preferred.
• Experienced with computers and Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel required; Word, PowerPoint preferred).

• ServSafe - Certified Food Protection Manager
• Alaska Food Worker Card
