JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will be a key member of the team responsible for working on supporting key organizational relationships, assisting in daily operations including certain monitoring tasks, investigations and, evolving processes and response strategies.
You will perform advanced monitoring activities, and act as back-up in team absences,
Work collaboratively with assisting analysts in the creation and distribution of key performance metrics.
Brainstorming with your counter parts to create content development for training modules centered around Insider Risk.
Cultivate relationships/partnerships with organizational stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform advanced monitoring activities, and act as back-up in team absences,
Analyze documentation for new projects and initiatives to determine potential vectors for data loss and ensure risks are documented and escalated appropriately via data loss inventory,
Manage requests to the security access review group including but not limited to active directory group requests, outreach to senior leaders, and general project management tasks associated with this functional responsibility,
Partner with team members to conduct and document investigations triggered from UEBA and DLP systems,
Assist analysts in the creation and distribution of key performance metrics,
Complete assigned program initiatives/projects supporting overall program development,
Assist in content development for training modules centered around Insider Risk,
Create, implement, and iterate on procedures, response strategies and job aides to facilitate program development
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience with UEBA, SIEM and E-Discovery tools a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, self-starter
Highest degree of integrity and honesty
Highly analytical and quizzical, and critical thinking
