Perstorp Polyols, Inc., located in Toledo, Ohio. We are an established International Chemical Manufacturing Facility, and we are looking for additional talent to join us!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

By implementing inspection programs to comply with State of Ohio Jurisdiction, ASME, AWS, API, National Board, and company standards relating to vessels, piping, tanks, Boilers, relief devices and fire suppression systems.
Responsible for the development and ownership of programs/systems to maintain Asset Integrity in accordance with OSHA PSM standards.
Responsible for the development and ownership of infrastructure programs relating to structures, coatings, insulation, and plant production surfaces.
Setup and maintain inspection equipment files.
Develop and communicate equipment inspection plans.
Coordinates and oversees planning, scheduling and execution of routine and turnaround integrity visual inspections and non-destructive examinations.
Completes pressure equipment, pressure piping and tank integrity external and internal assessments and provides recommendations for corrosion mitigation and production optimization.
Follows recommended repair scope to assure completion to the standards required.
Legally able to work in the location mentioned above.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree or equivalent. .
5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing, industrial, fabrication, aerial or related industry.
Familiar with OSHA PSM standards.
API 510/653/570 (and other applicable pressure vessel and tank standards).
Experience with B31.3 and B31.1 Piping Standards.
Familiar with National Board Inspection Code, National Board (IS) commission experience is a preferred.
ASNT NDE experience or training, Understanding each NDE processes abilities and limitations.
