The T&D Manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, and administering firm-wide training and continuing education programs.
The T&D Manager will lead the training team in designing, facilitating, and updating general and legal-specific training programs for employees utilizing e-Learning, group, and individual training forums; while enabling employees to learn and successfully use software technology tools and features.
