This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner who wants to work part time in the afternoon/evenings! No nights/no weekends and responsible for daily cleaning of our 6,000 square foot one level office building! No heavy lifting, no buffing and all cleaning supplies/equipment provided!

The ideal candidate is someone who…

• Is a detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience cleaning offices/office buildings
• Is dedicated to caring for our space as much as we do
• Efficient and willing to maintain cleanliness in our space
• Great communication both in person and in writing for quick updates/follow up

Duties:

• Cleaning breakroom/kitchen area and appliances
• Cleaning bathrooms and restocking supplies
• Taking out trash daily
• Keeping track of cleaning supply inventory and alerting to low stock items
• Weekly vacuuming of carpeted offices
• Monthly mopping of concrete floors
• Spot cleaning as needed and monitoring areas that need dusting/windows/etc.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
