Summary of Position:

At EspriGas, we pride ourselves on making the complex simple. We are seeking a savvy, self-driven relationship builder to join our team.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering information from vendor invoices accurately to create customer billing and vendor payment vouchers
• Ensure accuracy through review of daily reports and activities
• Supervises and coordinates activities of the Data Entry Team

Education and Experience:

• Two plus years of data entry, customer service or related experience
• Comfort with Salesforce and like platforms and the willingness to learn and grow with changing technology and processes.
• Proven experience managing others

Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with Salesforce or like platforms and the willingness to learn and grow with changing technology and processes.
• Independent thinker with the ability to thrive as a part of customer focused team
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
• Self-starter motivated to lead the Data Entry Team
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, managers, vendors, and fellow team members
• Self-driven to independently produce results
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to bring new ideas, positive energy, and a sense of urgency to the Data Entry Department
