Barista - FULL TIME ONLY / 5 days a week

The ideal barista/employee is someone who is willing to create a guest experience grounded in respect, empathy, and kindness.

No coffee experience necessary, though it can help.

Paid on the job training.

Starting wage $17.50 / hour plus tips.

You will:

Deliver respect and kindness to your fellow teammates.

Work in a team to 'dial in' and serve a selection of delicious espresso, tea, and cold brew. Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully - these tasks may vary, but can include washing dishes, clearing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning, organizing, taking out trash, etc.

You are:

A professional - you are serious about your work, but don't take yourself too seriously.

Basic human empathy.

Reliable and consistent - your teammates can always depend on you to be punctual and bring your A game.

Obsessed with the details! You love honing your craft and understanding each cup of coffee.

Dedicated to your team, and you understand and value empathy and use it to guide interactions on and off the job.

You are eligible to work in the United States, and are 21 years of age or older.

FULL TIME ONLY, 5 days per week / 40 hours weekly.

We are Open to the Public :

8am-5pm Monday - Friday.

8am-3pm Saturday & Sunday.

Shifts rotate :

( Mon-Fri ) Am shift 7:30am-3pm or PM shift 10am-6pm .

( Sat & Sun ) Shift 7:30am-4pm.

Everyone works at least 1 weekend shift.

Must have a flexible schedule.
