QA Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our fast paced development team.

Responsibilities will include:

•Participation in sprint planning and user story grooming sessions to provide input on testing tasks and estimates

•Developing test plans/test cases

•Writing automated test cases for our REST APIs, web application, and mobile applications

•Executing manual and automated tests and reporting defects

•Generate periodic test reports to show test metrics

•Work closely with Product Management, Development and QA to ensure we deliver a high quality product

Qualifications

•1-2 years minimum experience with Python/Django

•1-2 years minimum experience testing REST APIs

•Experience with testing tools (Selenium, Postman and REST test frameworks)

•Experience working with distributed systems

•Strong English skills required

•BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering required

•Knowledge of agile/scrum practices preferred

•Experience testing mobile applications preferred

•Experience working with remote teams preferred

•Experience with ServiceNow testing and integration preferred
