Responsibilities:
- Must have an intrinsic motivation to succeed.
- Organization skills, delegating tasks, and being the mayor of your club! (This is the fitness industry, high energy goes a long way)
-Take "Ownership" of your club!
- Sales (Meeting and exceeding our sales goal)
-Calls (80-100 calls to have genuine conversations about people's health and wellness goals and discuss what we can do together to help them accomplish them)
- Marketing (Creating brand awareness in our community. Prospecting and motivating anyone 18 to work out and activating 10 guest passes per day, servicing them, and get them signed up to stay consistent.)
-Appointments (Book 6-8 appointments per day / Build and maintain a leads list of 400-500 people)
- Taking guests on tours of our state of the art facilities
- Making outbound calls to potential members
- Answering calls and questions to current members / servicing accounts
You must have:
- Sales experience
- Fitness experience
- Workout knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Competitive attitude
- High energy
- The ability to influence different dynamics in the workplace

BENEFITS :
Great pay - $15 base pay as Tier 1, Once you hit metrics needed, you will be rewarded with a $1.50 raise to a Tier 2 manager.
Bonuses - 3 Competitive Monthly bonus opportunities. $500, $1000, $1500!
Commissions - Average commissions are $600 - $1000 in a 2 week pay period.
