You will be in charge of the following :
- Sales (Meeting and exceeding our sales goal)
- Marketing (Creating brand awareness in our community)
- Sales Management (holding your sales team accountable and training and developing them)
Leads Management (following up with our prospects)
- Taking guests on tours of our state of the art facilities
- Making outbound calls to potential members
- Answering calls and questions to current members / servicing accounts
You must have:
- Sales experience
- Fitness experience
- Workout knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Competitive attitude
- High energy
- The ability to influence different dynamics in the workplace

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers license (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Webster, NY 14580: Relocate before starting work (Required)
