The Fitness Sales Director is a fast-tracking position to become one of our Assistant Fitness Directors/ Fitness Directors.
Esporta Fitness is rapidly expanding and is in need of 10 Fitness Sales Directors throughout our health clubs in the PA/NJ/DE area. We have existing and NEW locations that are in great need of new management and talent ready for advancement throughout our company.
Responsibilities Include:
-Touring guests around our health clubs
- Assessing each guests individual need for our location
-Helping to sell memberships, personal training, group training and other club amenities
-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe
-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals
Our Fitness Sales Directors can advance to Assistant and/or General Managers/Fitness Directors within 60-90 days of maintaining the position.
We allow any type of motivated employee to make any level of income they desire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.10 - $25.00 per hour
