We seek a motivated and experienced Home Accessibility and Equipment Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and will have a proven track record in sales and customer service within the home accessibility industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including individuals, families, and agencies throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas, to understand their needs and offer tailored accessibility solutions.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate products and design solutions for home accessibility remodeling.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, products, and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and innovative solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our design and installation teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from initial contact to project completion.
  • Lead business development by identifying new opportunities, participating in industry events, and maintaining a strong presence in relevant professional networks.
  • Coordinate web meetings and informational sessions with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote our brand and services.
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in home accessibility, healthcare, home improvement, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility solutions, adaptive equipment, and home remodeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for sales presentations, CRM, and virtual meetings.
  • Willingness to travel within the state for client visits, presentations, and networking events.
  • A compassionate and client-centered approach to sales and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
