SUMMARY of Position:

Responsible for assembling safety interlocked modules and all sub-assemblies, while under the general supervision of the production supervisor and department lead.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Capable of understanding basic hardware, its parts, and assembly

· Use small hand tools, measuring tools and drill motors.

· Build safety interlocked electrical outlets and related sub-assemblies on a production line.

· Sustains 5S in workstations.

· Practices ESL’s core values on a daily basis

· Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.

· Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.

· Abide by all safety processes and procedures ESL has set forth

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required. · Minimum of six months manufacturing or related experience

· Effective communication skills

· Be able to multi task

· Self-motivated

· Detail-oriented

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

· 6 months of general assembly experience or experience in using hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.21 - $20.40 per hour
