Eskola, LLC – The Nashville, Tennessee branch is seeking a motivated Roofing Foreman with a strong Sheet Metal background who can consistently deliver products on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. The right person for this role will be able to learn our services, our mission, our values, and our industry to start providing solutions for a large client base.

As part of our team, you will be provided with the necessary support and resources to succeed in your role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard. Our ideal candidate has extensive prior experience in commercial roofing and sheet metal work.

The Sheet Metal Roofing Foreman will effectively manage all aspects of production to meet company and project goals, represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel, and the public. Provide consistently high-quality service and results, provide leadership to foremen fostering safety, teamwork, and discipline.

Description:

• Ensure crews have information and instructions necessary to complete jobs
• Submit reports and paperwork to office in a timely manner
• Conduct or participate in daily safety audits
• Oversee field staff, assist foremen with crew leadership, train field staff in safety, work skills and efficiency
• Provide feedback to Project Manager regarding job performance
• Monitor progress of existing projects
• Engage with customers to answer questions
• Exhibit exemplary leadership with all company personnel

Requirements:

• Superintendent/Foreman experience preferred
• Roofing sheet metal experience – including metal fabrication, wall panel systems (ACM and standing seam) metal measurements, gutter assembly, gravel stop/drip edge (weld & no weld), comprehension and installing per assembly details/plans, aesthetics/finish details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• Comprehension of construction documents.
• Superior attention to detail
• Proficient in math skills relevant to roofing sheet metal work
• Can receive feedback as a tool that makes you better
• Self-motivated with strong leadership abilities
• Are not afraid of heights or ladders
