Job Description:
- Minimum of 5 years in mechanical design engineering, with a focus on automotive components.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 software with experience in BIW design / sheet metal design / Roll farming / stamping / body design.
- Strong understanding of product development, design for manufacturability (DFM), and design for assembly (DFA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and design reviews to validate and enhance product designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement to optimize product designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
