We are looking for a Government Property Associate intern to join our team for an eight week period lasting from June to August 2024. The internship requires 20-30 hours of on-site work per week. Ideal candidate will have a base-level understanding of Business Management or Government Property Management in a similar undergraduate degree. Duties and Responsibilities include: Assist the Government Property Management team with accomplishing tasks related to the overall program and customer system. Create customer and internal reports. Participate in team TIER meetings. Interact with customers and handle basic customer inquiries. Perform all other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in business administration, business management, or contract management. Excellent communication skills. Desire to learn and take initiative with problem-solving.
