**Position Title: Game Master**

**Location: Escapopolis - Lansdale, PA**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a clear and engaging briefing on the escape room rules, storyline, and safety procedures.
- Monitor the game experience in real time, offer clues and assistance as needed, and ensure a seamless and exciting game flow.
- Set the stage for each game by resetting the room to its original configuration quickly and accurately, ensuring all elements are functioning correctly for the next group.
- Lead the post-game debrief, celebrate the team's successes, discuss moments of triumph, and take photos for our "wall of fame."
- Manage bookings, handle point-of-sale transactions, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Address any customer service issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Contribute to the development of new game concepts and the continuous improvement of the guest experience.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and group bookings as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking in front of groups.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
- A passion for games, puzzles, and storytelling.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus.
- Basic technical proficiency (operating AV equipment, minor repairs, etc.) is desirable.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A proactive team player who is also capable of working independently.
- Must be aged 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• After school
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
