The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for technicians
- Provide general information to callers and clients about the services
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Manage daily laundry for technicians
- Maintain supplies for services and light cleaning of the spa

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
