The Game Master is responsible for operating the game and enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent customer service while facilitating game play. Let's be honest, this is one of the coolest jobs to have! You should enjoy speaking to people and have an outgoing personality!

This position will require a range from 10-20 hours per week working evenings (Wednesday through Friday) and weekends (primarily some Saturday hours).

Essential Functions:

• Greet guests in the lobby
• Lead guests to game room and give verbal instructions
• Answer questions and provide help to facilitate the guest game experience
• Meet groups after the game have concluded to celebrate accomplishments
• Reset game room for next group of guests
• Prepare waivers for guests to sign
• Answer phones and return voicemails
• Book games

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Will be required to work at minimum 10-20 hours per week to include some weekends
• Good grasp of technology - basic computer skills, email, etc.…
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changes during gameplay
• Provide enthusiastic service for all guests
• Monitor guest's activity and engage via computer screen for up to 1 hour without distraction
• Need to be able to lift up to 30 lbs., reach, squat, kneel, and climb a ladder
• Requires sitting for extended periods at a time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
