Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Game Master. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through immersive gameplay and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their gaming experience

- Facilitate game sessions and guide players through the rules and objectives

- Set up and reset game rooms, ensuring all props and puzzles are in place

- Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance when necessary to keep players engaged

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game rooms and common areas

- Assist with events management, including setup, coordination, and execution of special events or parties

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality

- Comfortable working with children and providing age-appropriate experiences

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
