The Associate Director for Educational Services will direct and manage the assigned center and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Director within the framework of the philosophy and objectives established by Board policy, consistent with statutes and standards of regulatory agencies and in accordance with administrative regulations and procedures.

Education Qualifications
1. Master's degree in education or a related field; Doctorate preferred
2. Valid Texas principal, mid-management or supervisory certificate or other appropriate certificate/license
3. Valid Superintendent's certificate

Experience
1. School principal experience required
2. Superintendent experience preferred
3. Three years Central office experience
