ESC Spectrum is a leading provider of systems and services for stack emissions monitoring at power plants and other industries throughout the country. We are looking for an experienced Field Service and Internal Repair Technician who will report to the Field Service Manager. This position will support our locations in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members.

As a Field Service and Internal Repair Technician, you will:

• Responsible for the repair of customer or internal equipment in our lab, tracking RMAs, and customer communication.

• Complete our Mercury Calibrator service. This includes performing the calibrations, making repairs as needed and communicating with the customer.

• Bench test new analyzers prior to shipment or installation into one of our systems

• Support our CEMS Integration projects by performing pre-FATs and customer FATs, participate in drawing reviews and providing technical support for the manufacturing shop.

- Travel 25% - 50% primarily in support of emergency visits. May also be assigned other onsite project work as needed.

• Provide CEMS technical support via telephone and the internet for both staff and customers.

• Develop and maintain Excellent customer relationships.

• Participation in the on-call rotation

• This position is based in the Pensacola, FL office.

What You'll Need:

• 2 years of CEMS field service experience including ability to:

• Perform basic gas calibrations on CEMS gas analyzers

• Perform routine QAP maintenance on CEMS gas analyzers

• Make standard repairs to CEMS gas analyzers such as pump rebuilds

• Solid ability to troubleshoot systems

• Excellent organization and documentation skills

• Able to become an expert user on our business systems including Salesforce and Jobscope

• Able to work in a physically demanding situations that may require you to lift 75 pounds unassisted, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders

• Flexible schedule

• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

• Proven top-performer and team player in past positions
