You will provide training, support, and encouragement to help individuals develop the necessary skills for independent living and employment. Responsibilities: Include overseeing workplace integration, ensuring proper support, liaising with management, and fostering a positive work-life balance for the individual.

- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans as needed

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
