Our client, a well established, Insurance Brokerage firm, in business for over 50 years, is looking for a self motivated team player to focus on the following duties:
--Assist the Controller with various office tasks, including Accounting and Administrative related work flows.
--Review of expenses.
--Application of cash.
--Post direct bill commission statements.
--Pay carriers.
--Organize and maintain producer licenses.
--Multiple Accounting tasks.
--Work with AMS 360 Insurance Management System.
--Our client is offering a 4 day on site role, and 1 day remote.

Required Experience:
The right candidate will have 4 to 7 years of related experience.
--Requires MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
--Requires Insurance industry experience.
--AMS 360 experience is a big plus.
--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
--A Bachelor's in Business Administration is preferred.
--Will consider an Associates Degree.
