What youll do

• You will perform tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• You will maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
• You will communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.
• You will provide assistance to less tenured/experienced dispatchers when needed.
• Possible on-call schedule for night outages

• 2 years of related work experience.

• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)

• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
