ERP Suites is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Location:

• Our home office is based in Cincinnati, OH. However, we are open to hiring someone who is fully remote regardless of location. 
• Although the position is fully remote, there may be occasional travel required based on job needs.

Primary Duties:

• Work collaboratively with project team members to develop detailed project plans, identifying key milestones and critical path activities.

• Lead project teams in daily work task identification and confirmation of execution status.

• Coordinate daily activities through meticulous monitoring of work progress and team communications.

• Identify and manage emergent resource scheduling, task handoff, and communication challenges.

• Collect information from project team members, compile status reports, and lead regular meetings to provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Identify risks to stakeholder interests and project objectives, developing effective mitigation and recovery plans to reduce those risks.

• Refer scheduling, scoping, and risk mitigation decisions appropriately to the project steering committee.

• Track and report key budget, scope, and timeline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain status documentation and deliver required project artifacts.

• Act as the point of contact for stakeholders and project sponsors, escalating resource, scheduling, or scoping issues as needed.

• Support continuous improvement in project execution through careful documentation of issues and successes, providing input and ideas for beneficial changes to processes.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in managing medium to large IT projects with multi-functional teams in business-critical scenarios.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized and attentive to detail.

• Working understanding of JD Edwards Enterprise One and its foundational components strongly desired
