Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate heavy machinery and perform manual labor. Responsibilities: - Bulldoze and clear construction sites - Dig trenches and excavate areas as needed - Operate water trucks to dampen dust and maintain site cleanliness - Assist with paving projects, including spreading asphalt and operating machinery - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary - Operate tanker trucks for transportation of materials - Perform loader operation for material handling - Possess commercial driving skills to transport equipment and materials - Operate graders for site leveling and preparation - Assist with horizontal drilling operations Experience: - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, water trucks, loaders, graders, and tankers - Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to perform basic repairs - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
