This hands-on paid position is perfect for someone wanting to know the ins and outs of owning an Insurance Business. Full training is provided, from marketing, sales, staffing, customer service and insurance knowledge.

The goal of the Training Program is to prepare you to own your own agency and be successful.

Responsibilities

• Learning about the company's products and services.
• Building relationships with clients and identifying their insurance needs.
• Assisting clients with insurance applications and paperwork.
• Collaborating with senior sales agents to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients.
• Meeting sales targets and quotas set by the company.
