Brain Trust | Agent Position Profile Reports To: Brain Trust | Leader FLSA Status: Full-Time Non Exempt Summary Brain Trust Agents operate as an ELITE team at the hub of sales, customer and retail support for ERIK'S and our affiliates. Associates service customers & staff at retail stores, shoperiks.com and shredshop.com, staff via chat, email, phone at our new Brain Trust Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Support includes but is not exclusive to: Retail Sales Web Sales Group Sales Retail Customer Support Web Customer Support Retail Staff Support Demo Center Support Will Call Support Data and Order Entry Agents are expected to be a driving sales and knowledge force in every area of our business while consistently curating and fostering experiences that not only meet but normally exceed expectations of both customers and, our staff. Position Requirements Experience
Retail bicycle, ski, snowboard sales and service or, highly related experience.

Work is performed in an office environment.
