Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in daily operational tasks
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Manage payroll and scheduling
- Set pricing and promote sales strategies
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
