**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating power press machines to bend, form, stretch, and straighten metal plates and sheet metal.

**Responsibilities:**

- Set up and operate a press brake machine to bend, form, or straighten metal workpieces

- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine specifications

- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines

- Monitor machine operations to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions

- Inspect workpieces for conformance with specifications using calipers or other measuring instruments

- Perform basic maintenance on machines as needed

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role

- Proficient in blueprint reading and basic math skills

- Familiarity with tools such as milling machines, lathes, laser cutting machines, stamping presses, and tooling used in metal fabrication

- Knowledge of sheet metal properties and characteristics

- Ability to use calipers for precise measurements
