Qualifications:

• Requires current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Must have current certified health care provider CPR.
• Valid Ohio driver's license, a current certificate of vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation to all assigned work locations.
• National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS) 100.b, 700.a and 200.c certifications within 30 work days of employment.
