Required Skills:
- Required 3 year's experience in Staffing Services including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Data Management and Analysis
- Must have Federal HR experience no negotiation
- Staffing Services including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Data Management and Analysis
- Respond to all inquiries within 1 (one) business day.
- Update Staffing Management worksheets on a weekly basis.
- Update Integrated Budget and Acquisition Planning System (IBAPS) in real-time.
- Complete/Approve Hiring Forms with 2 (two) business days.
- Prepare Recruitment Package within 3 (three) Business Days of receipt of request and submit for review to DHCSS POC.
- Prepare Personnel Actions within 3 (three) Business Days of receipt and submit according to established OTS timelines.
