• Generate shipping memos- Create document for specific parts to specific aircraft, customer, and suppliers.
• Generate custom documents- Create documents for export / import of shipments. 

• Support aircraft, customer, and suppliers internationally. Hazardous material shipping, package material according to CFR49, IATA, IDMG. 
• Review individual shipment. Send material to support the aircrafts, customers, and suppliers. Operate indoor forklift, outdoor forklift, and part pickers to move and pick parts.
• Answer phones, send emails, and get shipment quotes. Package and label shipments-Ensure parts are protected during shipment to destination.
• Assist other departments when needed (pull parts, receiving, preservation, and transportation). Audit freight bill-Ensure the correct discount is on invoice.

• Shipping using the UPS and FedEx computers. 
• Need to have some packaging and preservation knowledge. International and domestic shipping.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Warehousing Operations, Forklifts, Parts Pickers and Pallet Jacks. Obtain a passport, Airport Security Badge; operate vehicles with or without trailers, equipment (forklifts, parts pickers, pallet jacks and computers) and accurately count. 1 year of experience in nationally and/or internationally shipping. 
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record and no criminal record.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication. Logistics Warehousing and Inventory Control.
• The working conditions are outside, hot, cold and inside an environmentally controlled warehouse. Travel globally when needed. 
• Work overtime, support weekend staff, and on-call. 
• Fast paced environment. Must be able to handle pressure and stress.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize from several different departments daily. 
• Detailed oriented and be able to obtain a passport.
