Overview:

$40/hr plus 5% commission on services performed.

Part time- 1-2 days a week during M-F and 9-5 hours.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will be responsible for administering cosmetic injectables, such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer cosmetic injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care, including pre-treatment assessments, treatment administration, and post-treatment follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new treatment modalities in aesthetic medicine.
• Collaborate with other members of the aesthetic team, including physicians, aestheticians, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Uphold the clinic's policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Active nursing license in the state of Maryland
• Certification in aesthetic injectables preferred (e.g., Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology.
• Proficiency in administering cosmetic injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, and neurotoxins.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and provide compassionate care.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment, with a commitment to delivering safe and effective treatments.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
