Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:
- Property and Casualty Insurance license preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire date
- 1 year insurance industry experience preferred
- Must have a means of transportation to the office in Boise, Idaho
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
