We are seeking a talented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for defining, reviewing, and executing test cases. The QA Analyst will work closely with the software developers and business analysts to understand the technical design of the applications and ensure testability of the application. As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform by working closely with the business stakeholders.

Salesforce QA Analyst Qualifications:

  • Minimum of experience as a developer with:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Ability to perform functional, Integration and End-to-End testing.
    • Experience with automated testing tools.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce. Preferably Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, functionality, and limitations.
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
    • Salesforce Administrator certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator).

Salesforce QA Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and work with business for UAT testing of Salesforce applications.
  • Document test results, track defects, and work closely with development teams and business to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline testing processes and improve testing efficiency.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices.
  • Work with business functional leads to develop UAT test scripts, as well as assisting in executing and recording test results.
