We are hiring for a Data Analytics Developer position in the Information Technology (IT) department with responsibility for designing, developing, modeling, improving and maintaining data analytics and integration capabilities and solutions within the Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP). Position will interact with business and IT resources to identify requirements and the underlying data integration needed for various EAP solutions. This position will gather and document requirements, work with the Enterprise Reporting and Integration team to architect/design and model analytic and integration objects, develop and deliver solutions to meet the business needs regarding data, reporting, visualizations and integration. This role will engage in development of the Data Management Organization for master data management to ensure data quality across the enterprise.

Data Analytics Developer Qualifications:

• This position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering (or equivalent education and/or experience related to computer science and programming).
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience and progressive experience with development using SQL and SQL scripting for solution delivery
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Enterprise Application Integration tools, such as Dell Boomi, Data Services, Mulesoft, or Informaticaincluding enterprise web service APIs
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and data quality
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with data warehousing, business intelligence/visualization, and integration across multiple platforms
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in normalized and dimensional data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Tableau or other like data analytics/visualization tools
• Solid understanding of data quality, data management, and metadata management principles
• Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within the SAP Eco-system (SAP BI, BW)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQLServer data warehouse and views
  • Experience with SQL stored procedures
  • Experience working within the Salesforce Eco-system preferred
  • Experience working directly with business to develop dashboards and scorecards in Tableau
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to learn new BI/Analytic and Integration toolsets
• Good communication skills

Data Analytics Developer Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Enterprise Reporting and Integration team members to develop data-centric solutions within the Enterprise Analytic Platform (EAP) to support critical business functions and meet business objectives, requirements, and company goals for reporting/analytics, visualizations, and data integration
• Proactively collaborate with various cross-functional teams to develop cohesive data integration solutions and ensure effective communication throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements
• Testing and debugging applications during Software Development Life Cycle
• Provide ongoing technical support of existing BI/Analytics/Visualization and Integration solutions
• Work with other resources on BI/Analytics and Integration development including creation and maintenance of formal data, cloud and integration structures and architectures
• Work as part of the team to develop the Data Management Organization for managing Master Data of prioritized data domains
• Assist in training users on use of BI/Analytic and data management solutions
• Other duties as assigned
