FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST - Carson, CA

We have two openings - one permanent full-time and the other temporary full-time (1-3 mos).

Main ACCOUNTABILITIES include:

• RECEIVE INVENTORY
• ORDER PROCESSING
• “REWORK” PROCESSING
• FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
• WAREHOUSE SAFETY & MAINTENANCE

What we are looking for:

• Associate level position with 1 years in warehouse fulfillment, logistics and/or operations preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail required
• Solid computer skills – must be able to navigate multiple programs and perform data entry
• Prior experience using ERP system, ShipStation and/or Sharepoint, and Amazon Seller Central preferred
• Proficiency in using Teamwork project management software and Microsoft Teams a plus

WORK CONDITIONS

Work is generally performed in an office/warehouse environment, free from exposure to adverse environmental conditions. The work site is located in a single-story office suite in Carson (Gardena), CA.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The job typically involves both sedentary work which includes sitting at a workstation, and walking and standing for brief periods of time; also includes exertion of up to 25 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

The job requires problem-solving, organization, typing, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to give and receive information through oral and written communication. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal. The job requires substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers including typing, using a mouse, and operating office equipment (telephone, computer, copier/printer, etc.); movements (motions) of the arms and legs to push/pull boxes, sorting tables and operation of a pallet jack, and ascending/descending box stairs/ladders.
