We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper pricing
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in sales, with the ability to sell products persuasively
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and calculations
- Previous experience in luxury goods sales is beneficial
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
