Erdie Industries, Inc. is currently searching for full-time Experienced Machine Operators to join their team in Lorain, Ohio! We are looking for an individual with several years of experience to join our 2nd shift from 4PM to 2AM Monday-Thursday for up to $30/hour.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• 4 PM - 2 AM

The right candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in machine operating required
• Ability to operate equipment effectively
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement blueprints
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stack and package per work order
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs.
• Bend and twist through the workday
• Willingness to accept supervision and assistance

Our Experienced Machine Operator will:

• Measuring, calipering, and checking the overall quality per specifications
• Be responsible for the operation of a spiral winder and blade cutter, as well as other miscellaneous equipment to fill customer orders
• Work with and lead others in creating a safe and positive environment
• Maintain equipment and workplace to the highest standards
• Read and understand word orders to set-up machines correctly
• Be committed to making World Class Products
• Engage in training others
• Comply with safety regulations/procedures and maintain clean and orderly work area
• Be willing and able to run ahead of schedule daily in a technologically changing business
