Era Living is seeking a part-time Custodian Floor Care to become the newest member of our Housekeeping team located at Aljoya Thornton Place in Seattle, WA. Available shift will be scheduled on Sundays and Mondays, 07:00am - 03:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role performs day-to-day housekeeping functions and specific assigned tasks which includes cleaning, washing, polishing, sanitizing, and disinfecting common areas & floors in the community. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Possess basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine Housekeeping functions in a health care institution
• Knowledge of floor care, finishing, and cleaning
• Skill in use and care of floor maintenance equipment
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to pass DSHS check, required

Education and Experience: 

• Previous custodian experience, preferred
